The hub a is formed with flanges b, to which are bolted disks c of sheet metal, the outer portions of which are shaped to form seatings for two pneumatic tubes i. The tread k, of india-rubber, leather, &c., is held between two clamping-rings g, which are formed with a central web f separating the air tubes and entering an annular passage between the side disks c, so that a limited lateral movement is permitted.
